How to Get a 6 Pack Without Driving to the Gym Every Day

It seems like everybody wants to have ripped abs or a flat stomach. If you are one of those people and don’t have a lot of extra time, I can show you how to get a 6 pack without going to the gym every day. It will take some time and planning, but imagine how much time you will save not having to drive all the way to the gym. I’m sure you will also enjoy not having to use sweaty benches.

The first step to getting six pack abs is to lose belly fat. In addition to eating healthy, you will have to do some intense cardio to kick up your metabolism and burn fat. Since you won’t be going to the gym, you have to figure out what you can do around your house. You need to have a high intensity cardio workout so look for things like hills or stairs to run or challenging bike trails you can get your heart racing on. Try to do an intense cardio workout at least three days a week.

On the days you aren’t doing cardio, you need to work on building muscle. Muscle will burn more fat 24 hours a day and that will help uncover your abs. Even if you don’t target your abs, you will be working them indirectly and once you burn the fat away, you will have a great looking midsection. There are a lot of ways to build muscle without gym equipment – just be creative. There are lots of body weight only exercises you can do like squats, lunges, push ups, pull ups, and tons of traditional abdominal exercises. You can also do things like rope climbing or even strongman type exercises – you know, the ones you see on TV where the really big guys do things like carry around boulders and pull cars.

Some of these exercises will take a little while to set up and get used to, but if you are saving a lot of time not driving to the gym, this will still be faster. It can also be a lot of fun if you have a good attitude about it.

How to Get a Six Pack Without Ab Exercises

Every fitness conscious man wants to have six pack abs. If you hate doing ab exercises, I can show you how to get a six pack without ever working your abdominal muscles directly. All you need to do is focus on eating healthy to lose your belly fat, do full body muscle building exercises, and throw in some high intensity cardio and you will have a stomach the ladies won’t be able to keep their hands off of.

I said I was going to show you how to get a six pack without doing ab exercises so we better start off talking about what muscle building exercises you need to do.

The best thing you can do to build strong, defined abdominals without focusing on them is to do squats. I am talking about old fashioned weight plates and barbells across your shoulders. Doing squats gives your body such a large muscle building boost, you will grow muscles everywhere. Your abs really get a great workout too because they have to hold your mid section stable in order for you to do the lift. Just make sure you do the lift under control and with good form.

Another great way to work on your six pack abs is to change the way you do your upper body workouts. Instead of laying on a bench to do dumbbell presses and butterflies, try doing these on an exercise ball. With your feet on the floor and your back on the exercise ball, do your normal lifts. Your abs will get a great workout stabilizing your body to keep you from rolling all over the place.

You also need to know how to get a six pack by changing your cardio workout. Doing hours of consistent walking or jogging isn’t the best way to burn off the belly fat. You need to increase the intensity. You will be better off doing 20 minutes of high intensity cardio than you would be spending 45 minutes doing a slow paced workout that doesn’t get your heart rate up. Changing your intensity is also very effective. Try going at a moderate pace for a few minutes then sprinting for a few minutes followed by jogging then back to sprinting. This will really get your heart racing and burn fat more effectively.

Making these simple changes will go a long way towards building that six pack you have always wanted. However, if you really want to know how to get a six pack, you are going to have to make some dietary changes as well. You know what is healthy and what isn’t so I’m not going to tell you here. Just make sure you drink lots of water, avoid sugary foods and drinks, and snack on healthy things like fruits and nuts instead of candy bars and chips.

How to Get a 6 Pack That Will Drive Women Wild

Six pack abs are one of the sexiest things a man can have on his body. They are a sign of ultimate vitality and fitness and just scream “look at how sexy I am!” If you are one of those people looking for ways to get a 6 pack, stick with me and I will show you how to get a 6 pack.

Let’s start by talking about how your body builds muscle. We need to do that because your abdominal muscles really aren’t any different than any other muscle in your body. When you work a muscle really hard for a short period of time, usually by lifting a heavy weight around 10 times, your body’s natural response is to grow bigger muscles that can handle the short term duration. When you do an exercise many times, but without a lot of weight, your body responds by building strong but lean muscles that can handle long term exertion. Just think of a sprinter versus a marathon runner. Both are very strong, but in different ways. If you really want to know how to get a six pack, the first step is getting big powerful muscles like the sprinter. If you happen to want a flat, tone stomach, you will need to build muscles that are strong with a lot of endurance like the marathon runner.

Ok, now that we have that out of the way, here are a few exercises that will help you get a six pack. The first exercise we are going to talk about is the crunch you are surely familiar with. Grab a weight plate and start working out. You can hold the weight on your chest, behind your head, or if you really want a workout you can hold it above your head with your arms extended. Try to use a weight and position that allows you to only to 10 to 15 crunches before you can’t do any more. Try doing 2 or 3 sets of these. When you are done, you should really feel it. If you don’t, you need more weight. Another good exercise is suspended knee or leg raises. You start by suspending yourself then raise your knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor. If you are flexible and strong enough, you can keep your legs straight and and raise them until your whole leg is parallel to the floor. Adding ankle weights to this exercise will really increase the intensity, but just focusing on doing this exercise in a controlled manner will take you quite a while to master. There are tons of other exercises out there that you can do so pick ones that you like and can do in a controlled manner. Remember, if you really want to know how to get a 6 pack, the key is intense workouts that work your muscles to exhaustion quickly.

The last part of knowing how to get a 6 pack is to understand your body fat percentage. The amount of body fat you have will determine whether you have a six pack or a beer belly. I think everybody is different so I am not going to tell you that you need to be at a certain body fat percentage to have a six pack, but you certainly won’t have a six pack with 15% to 20% body fat which is where most people are at. Focus on eating a healthy diet and reducing your calorie intake and you will start to see your six pack emerge as the pounds melt off. Find a diet that works for you and go with it. Be positive and focused on your goal and you will get there.

Before you start any exercise or diet program, you should check with your doctor to make sure there aren’t any health issues you need to consider. Most likely, there aren’t any, but it is better to be safe than sorry.

I want to know how to get a six pack. This simple statement has driven millions of internet searches and countless fitness related conversations. You will have to do some work, but the reward is definitely worth it. If you want to lose your belly and get a flat stomach, you really just need to lose your belly fat and do a little abdominal exercise to make sure they are strong. However, if you are trying to figure out how to get a six pack, you will need to build really strong muscles that have a lot of definition. You need to treat your abs just like the other muscles in your body. You wouldn’t try to get really big biceps by doing hundreds of curls with a 2 pound dumb bell so you shouldn’t try to get ripped abs by doing hundreds of simple abdominal exercises. These exercises will make your abs strong, but they won’t give you the definition you really want. You need to find exercises for your abs that are really challenging. Try to find exercises that you can use weights with so you can increase the weight as you get stronger. Check the links at the bottom for some secrets you can use to get ripped abs.

The other obvious part of getting six pack abs is to lose the belly fat that is hanging around and covering up your abs. There are way too many tips and special diets to try to tell you which one will work for you. One simple tip that can cut hundreds or even thousands of calories a day from your diet is to ditch your sugary drinks with water. If you can eliminate your high calorie sweetened teas, sodas, milkshakes, and even sweetened fruit drinks, you will start losing weight. No matter what diet you choose, the goal is to reduce the number of calories you consume every day and water will help you do that. It will also make you feel full if you drink it right before a meal and this will help you eat less.
