Quarterback Craig Morton led the first Super Bowl appearance of the Cowboys. With an ever higher popularity, the Dallas Cowboys history was now written nationwide. And by the end of the 70s, the Cowboys were receiving the top NFL qualifications. The 80s then brought other victories in the division championships, but no Super Bowl during the decade.

In the 90s history of the dallas cowboys is scattered with injuries, free agency and some disciplinary problems that affected the evolution of the team and its performance during the games. Even so, the team remained in the NFL top with most victories. Cowboys will certainly not give up their reputation without a fight.
